Accommodation rules

 

  • Respect for the neighborhood:


Keep the noise level low, especially during rest hours (from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Respect your neighbors' peace and quiet and avoid behavior that could disturb their well-being. Keep the volume down when using the terrace or common areas of the building.


  • Responsible use of the facilities:


Use apartment appliances and equipment responsibly and for their intended use. Be sure to turn off lights, air conditioning, and other appliances when you leave to avoid wasting energy.


  • No smoking:


The apartment is a smoke-free space. Please respect this rule and smoke only in designated outdoor areas, such as the terrace or balcony.


  • Maintaining order and cleanliness:


Keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay. Dispose of trash in the appropriate containers. Do not flush items such as paper towels, napkins, wipes, sanitary napkins, tampons, etc. down the toilet. Only toilet paper should be flushed, otherwise it could clog and require plumbing assistance.


  • Additional guests:


Any additional visitors must be communicated and approved in advance. Please respect the maximum number of people allowed in the apartment.


  • Check-out:


Please check out before 12:00. When leaving the apartment, please remember to check that you have left no personal belongings behind. If you have keys, leave them on the table in the entrance. Report any damage or incidents that may occur during your stay.
